Membership & House Guidelines

We are honored to welcome you into our community. To ensure The House of Experience remains an undisturbed sanctuary, running smoothly, calmly, and safely for every guest and practitioner,we ask that you review our membership and House guidelines.

1. Your Membership (“The Founding 52”)

Your Monthly Investment & Billing:

Your £35 monthly membership fee is collected automatically on the same date each month via your nominated Direct Debit or credit card. This fee maintains your active status and unlocks your exclusive ‘Founding 52’ privileges.

The Sanctuary Reset (Our Annual Closure):

At The House, we fundamentally believe in practicing what we preach. To ensure we can continue holding space for you at the highest possible frequency, we take a dedicated month of deep restoration each year (the entire month of January). During this time, the physical sanctuary will be closed, your membership will be automatically paused, and you will not be charged your monthly fee. Your membership and regular billing will seamlessly resume the following month.

The Minimum Term & Cancellations:

Because true biological alignment requires consistency, all memberships commence with a minimum 3-month commitment. Following this initial period, your membership shifts to a rolling monthly agreement. Should you need to leave us, we require 30 days’ written notice via email prior to your next billing date. You will retain full access to your House privileges until the end of your final paid month.

Pausing Your Membership:

We understand that travel and life events occur. After your initial 3-month term, you may request to freeze your membership for a minimum of one month per calendar year, requiring 14 days written notice.

Failed Payments:

If a monthly payment is declined, our system will automatically attempt to process it again. We will notify you so you can update your billing details. If an account remains in arrears for more than 14 days, membership privileges, including your 40% locked-in rate, will be temporarily suspended until the balance is cleared.

Protecting Your Locked-In Rate:

Your Founding 52 status and 40% discount are tied exclusively to your continuous membership. Should your membership be cancelled or permanently lapse, this exclusive lifetime rate is forfeited. Rejoining The House in the future will be subject to our availability.

2. Member Privileges & Guest Access

Your Personal Discount:

As a Founding Member, you receive a permanent 40% reduction on all full-priced Rituals, Collections, and Wellness Journeys. This privilege is strictly non-transferable and applies solely to your own Experiences. It cannot be combined with other seasonal promotions, introductory offers, or applied to physical retail products.

The Connect Guest Pass:

We believe restorative experiences are enhanced when shared. Each month, your membership includes a complimentary Guest Pass, allowing one friend to enjoy 40% off our Connect Ritual.

Scheduling: The Connect Ritual is a shared experience. Your guest’s booking must be scheduled concurrently with your own appointment.

Validity: Guest passes reset on your monthly billing date and do not roll over to subsequent months.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations & Arrival

Securing Your Ritual:

All experiences must be booked in advance via our official SM platforms or WhatsApp number. Walk-in appointments cannot be accommodated to preserve the private nature of the sanctuary.

The 24-Hour Cancellation Policy:

Because our space is intimate and our specialists prepare your bespoke environment in advance, late cancellations deeply impact our team and other members. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: Will incur a charge equal to 30% of your discounted treatment fee.

Less than 12 hours’ notice (or missed visits): Will incur a charge equal to 80% of your discounted treatment fee.

Exceptions: We recognise that genuine emergencies and sudden illness happen. In these rare instances, please contact us directly, and we will review the fee waiver at our discretion.

Arriving Late:

Time is sacred inside The House. If you anticipate running late, please notify us immediately. We will do everything possible to provide the full experience; however, it will conclude at the originally scheduled time to honor the guest arriving after you. Full session pricing will continue to apply.

4. Health, Safety & Wellbeing

Medical Intakes & Transparency:

Your physical safety is our paramount concern. Prior to your first experience, you are required to complete a comprehensive Medical Intake Form. It is your responsibility to inform us of any ongoing health conditions, pregnancies, recent surgeries, or changes to your medical status prior to each visit.

Illness & Contagion:

To protect the health of our Practitioners and Community, we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of a cold, flu, or any contagious illness.

Practitioner Discretion:

Our Practitioners are specialists in somatic recovery. They reserve the right to adapt, modify, or decline to perform a treatment if they deem it biologically unsafe for you on that specific day, or if a guest arrives under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

5. Sanctuary Etiquette & Environment

The Digital Detox:

The outside world is loud enough. To maintain a completely tranquil environment and respect the privacy of all guests, mobile phones must be switched to silent before stepping over the threshold.

Personal Belongings:

While we provide secure areas for your belongings during your visit, The House cannot accept liability for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. We recommend leaving valuable jewelry and unnecessary electronics at home.

Protecting Our Energy:

Our sanctuary is founded on mutual respect and quiet luxury. We fiercely protect the peaceful energy of our space and the wellbeing of our team. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for aggressive language, abuse, or inappropriate conduct. Any such behavior will result in the immediate termination of your membership and permanent removal from the premises.
