I had the most incredible experience at The House of Experience. I started with the infrared sauna and ice plunge, followed by press therapy, and the whole treatment was exceptional from beginning to end. As a doctor, I was particularly interested in the potential wellbeing and physiological benefits of the treatments. Infrared sauna provides heat exposure which can promote relaxation and circulation, while cold-water immersion produces a very different physiological response and can leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated. The press therapy was a lovely way to finish, with the compression giving a really relaxing feeling and leaving my legs feeling lighter. What really stood out to me was how professional and thorough the whole experience was. Everything was explained clearly, I felt completely comfortable throughout, and there was a real focus on making the treatment feel both safe and personalised. It was so much more than simply having a treatment — the whole experience encouraged me to properly switch off and look after myself. The House of Experience really has created a beautiful holistic space where luxury, relaxation and wellbeing come together. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be returning.

I had the most amazing head and foot spa experience at The House of Experience for my birthday. It was honestly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. Donna was absolutely lovely and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She was so professional and attentive throughout, and I loved having my scalp assessed before the treatment — it made the whole experience feel really personal and tailored to me. The treatment itself was incredible. I felt completely relaxed and able to switch off, and by the end I genuinely felt like I had floated away! 🥰 The House of Experience is such a beautiful holistic centre and the whole experience felt luxurious from start to finish. I honestly had the most beautiful experience at this sanctuary. From the moment I walked through the door, I could feel how much love, care and passion has gone into creating this special place. I had a lymphatic massage with the focus being on regulating my nervous system and bringing me back to basics. It was so much more than just a treatment — it felt like a chance to slow down, reconnect with myself and simply breathe. I left feeling so relaxed, grounded and refreshed. I had the head spa/head therapy treatment combined with the infrared sauna, and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. I had the Float treatment at House of Experience, and it was absolutely amazing. I’m not somebody who can easily switch off. There’s always something going on in my mind, but within a couple of minutes of lying down, I was just so chilled out. Nothing felt rushed. If you’re a busy woman who feels like you can never properly switch off, then you absolutely need to visit House of Experience. I had the Radiant full face and body treatment, and it felt like a complete reset. It was incredible. I’d never experienced anything like the infrared dome. It made me feel completely relaxed, and it was such an amazing way to actually take some time for myself. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was so well looked after. The space is amazing. It’s designed to help you slow down and switch off. Life can get so busy that you don’t actually realise how tense you are until you take a moment to relax and have somebody take care of you for a change. I could have stayed there for hours and tried all of the different treatments, which I definitely will in the future. I’ll definitely be coming back to try all the other treatments I haven’t done yet. I left feeling so much lighter and refreshed, and I still felt amazing the day after. Thank you so much, Donna.
